Gorgeous, Functional Diaper Bag Mar 05, 2011

This is a beautiful diaper bag! It doesn't actually look like a diaper bag, but more like a purse. This is one of the reasons I got it, so I can continue to use it after my son's baby years. I bought it in the color taupe which is a perfect neutral color that will go with anything. It seems to be very well constructed. All the seams are tight and perfect appearance. My only complaint is the zipper on the outside, back of the bag, is a little rough in opening and closing. Maybe with more use it will loosen up. All of the other zippers work perfectly. The handle is thick with a braided look. The feel of the outside, faux leather, is rougher than real leather, but it looks very nice and is smooth, just not as soft like true leather. The hardware is a dull, bronzed style...but very nice looking and solid. It all came wrapped in tissue so the metal hardware would be in perfect condition when received. There are a couple pockets inside and enough room to carry the essentials. It cannot carry large amounts, but is the perfect size for an afternoon outing.
I love all the accessories! The clutch is a wristlet. Inside, the clutch has a zippered pocket and credit card slots. Perfect for a quick run into the store when you don't need the entire diaper bag. It also has a long shoulder strap and two stroller straps with the bag. The straps have Timi & Leslie imprinted on them. The insulated bottle holder is an excellent bonus. The wet bag is larger than I expected and made out of a nylon material, like an umbrella. The changing pad is also made of nylon with an open mesh pouch on one side that is a good size for wipes or a diaper. It closes by velcro and opens up to a decent sized oval shape.
Overall a beautiful diaper bag that I absolutely love!

I was so excited to have this bag that I started using it before the baby was even born, as a purse! It's the perfect size, I love all the pockets and the key clip. The stroller clips are very useful, and the best part is the changing pad. I had a "Charlie" bag also by Timi & Leslie, as well, but that was a little bit too big for me. This is not too large. I did take out the clutch and bottle holder, and very seldom use them. That made even more room inside.
After 1 1/2 years, I have put the bag through a lot of abuse. The only signs of distress are that one of the metal "feet" on the bottom has come off, and the zipper pull on the back pocket is now missing. But considering how much abuse it's taken in this time, not bad!

I was tossing between the Timi and Leslie Hannah diaper bag and this one and based on the reviews I read on Amazon about both bags (the Hannah had some concerning reviews), I decided to go with this one. Best decision ever! The bag is absolutely beautiful. I got it in black as I wanted a colour that would go with all my clothes. When I ordered it, I was a bit concerned that it would look cheap with the faux black leather and the gold accents but my concerns were quickly put to rest upon receiving it. The bag looks so much better in person than it does in the photos. There is plenty of room inside for all the essentials. Love all the pockets as it keeps things well organised. The bag does not feel overly heavy when fully loaded (and I tend to overpack). The extras are awesome. Really love the stroller straps. I am definitely pleased with it and would recommend it in a heartbeat if you are looking for a diaper bag that looks like anything but that and is functional and of course beautiful!

I am so happy with this diaper bag. i was worried it wasnt going to be big enough and that i would need more space but its perfect.. more room than the picture shows! I'm so happy <3
