3The best but falling apart after 3 months!  Nov 11, 2010
By SoCalAvAZ "SoCalAvAZ"
I got this bag as a gift when I was pregnant. I was excited about having a stylish diaper bag that could double as my purse. When I got it I noticed it was HUGE. Wow, this is a really big bag so if you have a small frame keep that in mind.

The bag is awesome, the amount of room it has and the organization in it is wonderful. It fits everything so well! And you can't tell by the picture but the way the zipper part is done you can load the bag up to the rim and not have an issue zipping it. I can't describe it but the top part gets raised up when it's full and the zipper never gets in the way. Genius design.

It comes with a small purse which I love. I carry my wallet and car keys etc in that and if I drop baby off at grandma's I leave the main bag and just take the little purse with my stuff in it. Again, genius design.

I love it a lot BUT THERES A HUGE BUT ... the bag is not nearly as sturdy as it needs to be for this purpose. Right when I got it one handle started falling apart. Now after 3 months use the inside buckle has ripped and the thermal bottle holder has fallen apart and ripped. I'm so sad about this. I wish it was made a bit sturdier. They thought of everything for the bag why didn't they think that lugging this big bag around requires something that can handle a little more wear-and-tear? I use it very gently but sad to say it's probably not going to last as long as I thought.

Would give it 3.5 stars.

2Great looking but poorly made.  Oct 22, 2010
By Kelsey Ellis
This bag looks amazing. No one knew it was a diaper bag. The inside is roomy and the pockets are great. However, the quality is terrible. After only a handful of uses (and I didn't overload it--I don't even carry bottles, just diapers, wipes, and money) the stitching on the outside was coming undone and the pockets inside were ripping out. The handles are almost off. I am returning it to Amazon as Timi and Leslie were not at all helpful in solving the problem. I asked them for a replacement and they said I could only deal with Amazon. Not even an apology. Wish it was of better quality because it is awfully cute.

5Love this bag!!!!!  Oct 22, 2010
By Sandra
I love this bag! I also had a problem with my first Charlie bag. I hooked the shoulder strap up to the side straps which it turns out are just for looks. The shoulder strap is supposed to be hooked up to hooks that are on the front and back of the bag. I complained to the company and they were awesome! They explained the right way to hook the shoulder strap up and sent me a new bag. Since then, I have had no issues with this bag at all. It's great quality. It fits so much stuff in it and takes a lot of abuse and keeps going strong. It is a gorgeous bag, stylish and practical and I am always getting compliments on it when I'm out.

1Cute but poor quality  Oct 11, 2010

Was so excited to have this as my diaper bag. First time I even went to pick it up the handle strap broke :( Horrible quality for how much I paid.

1Really Poor Quality  May 06, 2011
By RoyceyTex
I love the look of this bag and all the features on the inside are fantastic. I got a lot of compliments on it. That said, the outside is so poorly constructed that I had to return the first one I bought because the zipper was coming apart before I even used it. The seams on the second one came apart after 3 days of use. I would happily have paid $200-$250 if the bag was better made. When I returned the second one, I looked at other timi and leslie models and the gold plating was scratched on the ones I saw - it looked really cheap. I ended up buying a Storkbag for a little more money and what appears to be much better quality control standards.
