Orders Fulfilled by Amazon

Orders submitted on LittleGreenDuckling.com that are fulfilled by Amazon can be shipped to virtually any address in the world.  Items "Fulfilled by Amazon" are shipped from an Amazon Fulfillment Center to you.  Standard shipping rates and policies apply to these items, including FREE Super Saver Shipping on qualifying orders over $25.

"Fulfilled by Amazon" items are sent to you via US Postal Service, UPS, or  FedEx at whatever delivery speed you choose (standard shipping, 2-day shipping, etc).

After you place an order, the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in Your Account and can be found in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking the "Track packages" link in Your Account.

Amazon also handles all customer service and product returns for "Fulfilled by Amazon" items.

Items fulfilled by other Amazon Sellers may have different shipping rates and these rates will be clearly indicated during checkout.

In order to fulfill your order as fast as possible, orders submitted on LittleGreenDuckling.com, that are fulfilled by Little Green Duckling, will typically drop ship directly from the manufacturer.  Orders placed with items from numerous manufacturers will be sent in multiple shipments.  

We ship via UPS within the continental United States.

Furniture and rugs will require additional shipping costs.  We cannot accommodate orders to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

When placing your order, an estimated shipping and delivery date will be provided based availability and shipping option.  Tracking information will be emailed to you once your item is shipped.
