I ordered this product because my son grew out of his receiving blankets about a week after birth, but still fights sleep at three months unless he's been swaddled. I was using a fleece blanket (the only blanket that was not to big but not too small), but my son would sweat, so it wasn't an ideal situation. I swaddled him last night in the muslin wrap, and this morning, voila! No sweat, and he slept great. I didn't have to worry about him being too hot or too cold. My partner and I do a lot of backpacking and this is also a great camping blanket, since it keeps baby warm (on cool nights) and from over heating (on hot summer nights). The large size is one of the most appealing things about it.

I have now ordered two sets of these blanket for my Grandson. One set for his house and one set for my house! These are his very favorite blankets since birth. They are so comfortable, easy to swaddle & cuddle, and so cute! They do not fade or shrink. I highly recommend!

I thought this was kind of overpriced, but bought it anyway because none of the other blankets I had were big enough to stay in a swaddle. This one is worth it's weight in gold. I wound up buying 4 more.

* It's nice and big.
* It's a great summer blanket, and when it's cooler I put another (smaller) warmer blanket inside it when I'm wrapping up the baby. Having this one on the outside keeps the smaller one from being kicked off.
* You can use it as a nursing cover -- the baby doesn't get too hot when he's underneath.
* I safety pinned one between the airplane seats when I wanted to get a bit of privacy.
* I can ball it up and squish it into my purse.

Really, you can't go wrong with this.

This blanket is the softest, and lightest blanket. Hands down best swaddler blanket. Prints stay bright with frequent washes. Will buy many times as gifts!
