A perfect 1st birthday gift for giraffe lovers. Very easy assembly. Sturdy construction. The removeable back support is fantastic. Crinkly ears and rattle horns are a nice touch. I am so happy with both the appearance and the performance. Worth the price.

My son loves this and enjoys watching Baby Einstein while sitting on it. It's great that it has the wooden rail to keep younger babies from falling off but it's removable when they get a little older and want to climb on and off themselves.
Very well made and worth the price. Our only issue is we can't figure out if it's a horse or a giraffe or some strange cross-breed :)

After much thought I chose Raffy for my son's first rocking 'horse'. It's a gift from his grandparents but they wanted me to choose.
I am SO glad we picked Raffy. He is so well made!
My grandfather was a cabinet maker / wood worker and he would have approved. When the stuffed Raffy is taken off the rocker is made 100% of wood. It is so sturdy and beautifully made.
The other perks are; Raffy is adorable and comfy & Raffy comes with a removable seat back attachment for babies.

I absolutely agree with all the other five-star reviews on this rocking horse. Our 3-year old daughter still loves it and now our 15-month old boy likes to rock on it. It is well-made, safe, cute, attractive and fun for kids 3 and under. Not cheap, but would absolutely buy it again and recommend it to folks. It is as-advertised and then some. Kids love the once touches like crinkly ears, jingle horns, and handkerchief. The wood quality is great and there is only minimal paint on his feet posts. Instructions were decent and assembly was relatively quick. The cushioning inside the seating area has nice, little foam balls. Only minor flaw I could find was a fabric pattern (lines) that did not line up on one, small jingle horn. This product is well worth the cost and I rate it without issue a 5+ stars.

What a great first rocking toy! My 7 month old loves it. It's got a soft sitting surface and, as the others say, the removable safety rail is fantastic for little ones still working on their balance. Very practical solution for a rocking toy so that an adult doesn't have to have hands on the child the entire time she's using it! (We have another rocking horse that is harder to use at this age because I literally have to hold my child every second that she's on it to keep her from tipping). Even when she's not rocking, she enjoys just sitting on it and playing with its horns, which make a nice jingly sound when moved. Plus, it's non-toxic and seems sturdy and well-made. A winner! Hopefully it is one of those toys that will grow with her and that she will continue to like as she gets older.
