As a mom of 5,it is the best spoon I have used. The spoon has a nice, flat tip that is great for first feeds. The tip also works great for getting all food out of the bowl to feed the little hungry mouth. As a feeding therapist, I will also use with clients to promote better feeds. Overall very satisfied with this product.

great spoons for new eaters, only issue is discoloration, but that does not bother me. Soft tips allow for easy face clean up.

So, my husband thought I was crazy to obsessively research a $5 baby spoon purchase but I wanted to find better spoons. We were using the long plastic Munchkin ones and they are too long, too hard, too deep and concave, and too heavy. We also used various metal baby spoons, which are also too hard and too concave.
I saw these and bought them based on reviews. These spoons are perfect, so much better than I thought possible. They are not very deep and instead are more flat and spatula like. The shape allows you to take the perfect amount of food for tiny mouths. The tip is soft and flexible so when the baby bites down, s/he can really clear the spoon. They are lightweight so they are not falling out of the bowl all the time like the long munchkin ones were. My husband used them first and loved them.
I really don't think you can go wrong with these. They are a great product at a great price. I haven't seen them at the stores so I am glad I checked Amazon.

The babies love them very soft but still hold there shape when washed. wont use anything but theses. I let the baby hold them

Yes this is the best spoon i found for 1st feedings. I purchased a few options from OXO to a few other eco brands and found this spoon to be the easiest to use for myself and it's the best shape and soft material for baby. She can chew on it after for a few minutes under supervision and it seems to sooth her gums as well. It's more of a flat surface spoon which i think is more helpful for babies 1st feedings versus the curved shallow design as they're just trying to grasp the concept of 1st spoon feedings so basically the puree is easier to get off the flatter surface. A Good buy.
