A Great Buy! Oct 30, 2010
By mommylopez I did a lot of research on strollers before settling on this one. It has it's drawbacks but the following reasons are why it is the perfect stroller for me!
1) Flat seat bottom, upright seat back. My daughter likes to look out at the world! We tried her in the City Select and B-Ready, but those hunched her over. The Baby Jogger had tried to improve this problem on their strollers (I had the Cith Classic) but their attempt with the City Select (a little piece of velcro that only lifts the knees up higher), in my opinion, was a dismal failure. The Vista's seat also reclines to nearly flat but retains it's L shape. This hasn't been a problem for us.
2) It's super light! It's made from aircraft aluminum alloy, so even though it's light, it feels very sturdy. When I compared it's weight with the other strollers mentioned above, I could immediately feel the difference. The others are heavier and harder to manuever. The Vista just seems to float along! My husband likes to push it, one handed, in circles around me as we walk.
3) Great add on features! I've already got the carseat adapter, rumbleseat, rumbleseat rain fly and the piggyback. We are expecting our second before the end of the year and I love that I can make it a double so easily! We'll start out with the carseat and the rumbleseat. Then we can take off both and use the piggyback and the toddler seat! (The piggyback is a standing platform, and the rumbleseat is a second seat which turns the stroller into a double). If we end up with 3 children, we could even turn this into a triple stroller by using the toddler seat, the rumbleseat, and the piggyback! WOW! Of course, it'll all depend upon their ages and capabilities.
I do want to address the rumbleseat, and it's benefits, as it is an important feature for me. This is a taller stroller so the rumbleseat is not situated so close to the ground. I put my daughter in the second seats of several other strollers (Vibe, City Select, B-Ready) and my concert was her grabbing the back wheels (regardless of it having a silly little fender - I'm positive she could reach around that!), or getting splashed by puddles we went through. Also, she's not walking yet, so I'd have to stoop down, put her in, and buckle her in. With the Vista, she's much higher off of the ground, and out of "wheel reach". Also, her feet go on the rumble seat foot rest, which is in the basket, but the basket is so huge, and is seperated by a bar, that there is a whole front side that is accessible to me.
4) Great standard features! I love the push on - push off brake. It never felt right to flip the brake off with the top of my foot. It comes with the bassinet, which I'm told fits into standard moses basket frames! The toddler seat and rumbleseat are so easy to click on and off, even my husband figured it out on his own! (The sales lady showed me.) Folding it is a bit tricky and I do recommend practicing that in the store if you can, or watching it on a Youtube video. It's really easy once you have the feel for it, but definitely not a "no-brainer". We are tall people (5'10" and 6'1" so we love the handle bar, which you can adjust one handed, with the push of a button! You won't be kicking wheels or baskets on this stroller! Also it's very compact. It fits right into the trunk of our Honda Civic so you shouldn't need to worry about fit if you have a small or smaller car.
I love this stroller! It's great, we've gotten lots of compliments on it's looks (that's just icing on the cake). My main concern was that it didn't have as many configurations as the City Select, but in the end, I decided that the configurations it does have will work for me! The features on the Vista, for me, really outweigh the features on the all of the other strollers I researched and handled.
Happy Stroller Shopping and I hope this helps!

Great Stroller - Great Service Sep 13, 2010
By D. Hall Solid stroller, good design. Didn't use bassinet so much but got Chicco car seat adapter and used extensively. Now using the sit-up portion of stroller which for 2010 model goes to upright which daughter loves.
Get so many questions from people about stroller because it looks so sturdy and different. It does travel through airports and security ok. Won't fit through some scanner but they just do a manual scan. Can valet check at gate.
Writing post because our bumper bar (at front for child to hold) broke somehow (found it broken in a hot car) and they replaced (without question) and shipped replacement same day.
Great service on a premium product.

great pram and stroller Mar 30, 2011

The pram is great for the first four or five months, then we switched to stroller. A pram is definitely a must for a new born since he or she is not supposed to be carried around in a car seat for a long period of time. New born babies need to lay down, and that's the reason why it was so important for me to find a pram/stroller that I can use from birth. Baby slept in it when we were out, and slept in it at home too. This equipment is very easy to fold and put in the car trunk. The stroller has a protection for rain and wind. We used it all winter and baby was comfortable in it. It also looks good! We got it in orange and we had lots of compliments everywhere we went. I can definitely recommend this stroller/pram to anyone, the best on the market!

great stroller, yes it's pricey compared to graco but this is so much better, first off it has a bassinet which is ideal for newborns, and infants till hey able to sit-up, then you can convert it to a sit-up stroller for when ur baby is able to sit. it feels very sturdy, wide wheels, and at home my newborn sleeps in it b/c her crib is big i guess she likes to feel "snug".
