right size, lids all wrong Apr 03, 2012

THe size of the container worked for my lunch packing purposes, but the grooves on the lids did not match the grooves on the containers making it very difficult to screw on and off the lids. I bought the large and small versions of this container and had lid trouble with each. Kind of a cheap product.

I like these 'cups'! Despite the bad reviews the price was right and I figured if I had problems with the lids I'll deal with it! They work well!! I washed them in the dishwasher on the top rack, they where not deformed. I have not had any issues with the lids. I use them to store small portions of food for my 8 month old twins. I open them frequently throughout the day. I have even placed them in the freezer. They work so well I would buy more!

I love that the lid stays on in the kids lunch boxes & they know how to close after lunch too. They keep all the food where it needs to be.

These are great...until you have to open them. It's extemely difficult to open the lid. Probably because the lid snaps closed when you seal it letting you know it's a nice tight seal. I have to ask my husband to open them and even he has to struggle. Sometimes the force we have to use to open them causes the contents to spill. It's crazy how something so small can be so strong.
