This is such a cute little chair. We purchased it for our 15 month-old, who loves to read, because she could store books in the bin in back. My husband put the chair together, which seemed fairly easy for him, despite the fact that we were missing one screw and the "screwdriver" provided did not actually work with the screws no matter what we tried. This was somewhat frustrating considering the cost of the chair, but besides this hiccup, the chair is a very sturdy, nice piece. Our daughter loves to sit in it, and she enjoys rocking. Also, the description indicates that it is suitable for two small children to sit together. We haven't tried this, and my daughter is not large, but it would be very close quarters for two. It's possible, I suppose, as our daugther does have room to sit and have a stack of books (turned on their ends) next to her. All in all, this is a nice chair that will last a long, long time!

I purchased this item for my 15 mo. old grandson. My first indication of the lack of craftsmanship was in finding that one of the angles cut to fit the seat bottom to the seat back was cut upside down, leaving a large gap when assembled. Having done wood working myself, I know there can't be more than $30.00 worth of material involved in this rocker. If you are able to make this simple rocker yourself or know a wood worker who can, save a lot of money and make it your self!
