I love this cradle! Feb 06, 2011
By momof1 We love this cradle. It is absolutely the best purchase we made for the baby. It provides him with a safe portable place to sleep that is similar to his crib for an easy transition later! Also, because it holds up to 30 pounds, we are able to use it longer than most other cradles and bassinets. We are so happy with it, we are buying a second one to keep at the grandparent's house for visits!

The good the bad and the cute**updated** Sep 08, 2011
By momma of three to be This cradle is very cute, and will have lots of room for baby to grow in... my average sized almost three year old can fit in it. Putting this together was a huge headache, you will definitely need two people, i actually broke one of the wooden dowels trying to put it together on my lonesome (quick trip to lowes put us back on track) I really thought the gliding action was going to be great, but it seems way to fast for baby, and is hard to control, and now i wish i would have gotten a swinging cradle rather than a gliding one. The casters were super difficult to "plug in" as the directions say, and they are poor quality, leaving black marks all over my hardwood floors. but the cradle does seem sturdy enough for me to roll around with baby in it, though the warnings say to never do that. The mattress that it comes with is good in my opinion, it is thin but firm enough that i think baby will be comfortable.**UPDATE** after using the cradle for a month now with my new baby, i am in love with it. we replaced the casters, and now can easily roll the cradle around, the gliding is actually really great, baby seems to enjoy it very much! It is so convenient to have baby at arms reach in the cradle at night and in the living area during the day, out of reach from the dog and my other children! My baby is quite large and he still has plenty of room to grow, wear as a basinet wouldnt work anymore.

Excellent Cradle Aug 19, 2011
By PiaMater I love this cradle! I bought this cradle for our second baby after many days of searching options (co-sleepers, rocking bassinets, cradles, etc). I was looking for an aesthetically pleasing, compact, sturdy, and comfortable bed for our baby to sleep in our room. I bought this cradle in white.
PROS: - the cradle was very easy to assemble - the wheels make it very easy to move around. At night I push it up against our bed and in the day I move it to the side of the room. - the wheel locks work well and are easy to engage/disengage (i.e., I can do it with my toe!) - the cradle is a great size : narrow enough to not get in the way but provides plenty of sleep space for baby (our baby is a good size - 8lbs, 21") - the gliding function is smooth and quiet. There is a pin that allows you to stop the glide function if you don't want the cradle to move. - while not ultra-modern, the white colored cradle looks nice and puts more emphasis on the bedding - MUCH cheaper than most of the other modern, designer cradles
CONS: - the mattress that comes with it is extremely thin and flimsy. You should buy a 2" one to replace it. - the cradle does wiggle a little bit even when the pin is in place. This does not bother me -- in fact, it's nice to be able to move it just a tiny bit to get baby to sleep. But, you cannot make it completely stationary.

Very nice cradle Apr 07, 2011
By Jutho This cradle is far superior to any of the others I've seen. The wood is sturdy and the gliding mechanism smooth. The finish (natural) is gorgeous. We've used it without the caster wheels since we didn't want to scratch the floor, but the height is still perfect for us. It went together very easily. I feel very safe letting my baby sleep in this cradle. It just feels more substantial and sturdier than many others.

Great Crib, please read instructions carefully Apr 29, 2012

This is a solid and well made crib. We love the look and the smooth glide. However, the instructions are more pictures than words. Also, they put the entire assembly in 3-4 steps. Please look carefully at every little detail in the pictures, otherwise will be disassembling and reassembling when you realize a part is on backwards. This happened specifically when orienting the small hole where the locking pin fits into.
