received different item than pictured Sep 03, 2010

I was disappointed because I spent the extra money on this playpen because I wanted the specific animal pattern that was pictured. When it arrived , to my dismay it was a light blue striped pattern rather than the dark blue animal pattern that I ordered. I don't know where or how to contact anyone at Amazon...the pattern that I received can be purchased from other sites for less.
