Makes the bed cozy, but... Jan 05, 2010
By E. Choi We found that this mattress pad is super cushy and makes the relatively hard surface of the pack and play much softer. Regarding the fit problems mentioned by other reviewers, we've used it in two different play yards with different results. In the Graco Pack and Play, it fits perfectly, like it's made for it. In the Evenflo Baby Go play yard, it does not fit well at all. Yes, it fits over the mattress, but is too small so the mattress does not lie down completely flat. The end of the mattress buckles up. I do notice that over time the mattress eventually lays down almost completely flat, but it's pretty frustrating in the beginning when you're trying to make the bed. I would buy this cover again, but only for the Graco Pack and Play.

excessive shrinkage Apr 08, 2008
By L. Johnson This pad fit before it was washed, but shrunk at least 3-4 inches in length after first washing (we washed according to instructions.) Tried to stretch it to fit anyway, play yard mattress curled up and didn't even lay flat. After reading reviews of this company's similar crib mattress pad, this seems to be a recurring problem. Not to mention: it isn't 100% cotton (the stretchy sides are synthetic) which means it's not 100% organic as advertised. A total flop.

Dimensions Incorrect Nov 29, 2010
By kcma08 First of all, the dimensions of this mattress pad are totally incorrect. It says on the packaging that it is 27 in x 37 in, which would just fit the mattress board of my Graco Pack 'n Play Little Hoot. However, even before washing, I measured the pad and it was at least 3 inches short in length, measuring about 34 in. I tried putting it on before washing, and as I suspected, it was a super tight fit, causing the board to buckle in the middle. Since there were some positive reviews and successes with this product, I thought I would give it a shot and wash it in cold water, gentle cycle, followed by air drying it. Now the product has shrunk a tiny bit more, causing the board to buckle in several places, not just in the middle. In terms of dimensions, it's totally misleading and definitely doesn't fit every Pack n Play. On the other hand, the quality of it does seem great. It's very soft, very cushy, is organic and waterproof. It has all the things I'm looking for to provide my little one with something safe and waterproof to sleep on during the early days when he's in the bassinet portion of his Pack n Play. I can't seem to find anything else that is an equivalent product to this for that purpose, so I guess I am keeping it and hoping that the buckling will eventually lessen as I stretch out the mattress pad.

I had read about the shrinkage issues before purchasing this product, so i just was mine in cold water and air dry, and mine has never shrunk at all. I have 3 of these at my house and one at the grandparents, we LOVE them.

Perfect pad for travel Jun 12, 2010
By C. Brantley We have a Chicco pack & play and the mattress that comes with it is so terrifically hard that our daughter can't sleep in it when we travel. We got this pad and now she doesn't have any problems sleeping. The pad is much thicker than most made for pack & plays. I washed on cold and dried on low, it fits our Chicco perfectly. It's a bit snug, but it's supposed to be. We like it so much that we have two for us and bought one for the grandparents.
