We ordered this crib a few weeks ago. It arrived promptly and the delivery person brought it into the house for us. You have to put the crib together yourself which we expected. My husband thought it was pretty straightforward and the directions were clear. Overall we are happy the quality. We had bought a crib for my older child that was Simmons Kids and were very pleased, that one we were able to see in person before purchasing. This one lived up to our expectations. It actually had more detail and was not as plain as the picture shows which made me very happy. It was a great price, much better then the baby stores and better quality then a lot of the baby stores. We bought it because of our previous experience with Simmons but also Amazon's Free Shipping and 365 Return Policy. We also bought the matching chest of drawers which seems to be solid wood, has dovetail construction, the slides on the drawers are on the sides of the drawer giving it more support then if they were on just on the bottom. The bottom's of the drawers seemed very solid and not flimsy like some of the ones we saw in stores.
Keep an eye on price though the dresser that matches varied in price on Amazon by $250 in the course of a month. Overall we are very happy and would do it again.
