Generously sized cotton scratch mittens Jul 29, 2011

These mittens are 100% cotton and have a nice fitted stretch cuff so that they stay put and have a cute white ribbons stitched to the cuff. The glove part is very very generous in size. Fab' length but extremely wide. These would look rather ridiculous on a newborn. I however bought these for my 9 week old daughter who has long slim hands and fingers. Regular mittens are now just too short and don't stay on. She also likes to suck at the material so it was important to me that they were 100% cotton. The reason I give them 3 stars is purely on the price. They are very expensive and had I been able to find what I was looking for elsewhere for cheaper I would have bought them. Overall though a really good mitten. (They have washed and tumble dried fantastically well, no shrinkage.)
