Today is Saturday. Received package from FEDEX. One small flimsy cardboard box. There is no packing slip on box. No copy of invoice inside. Lots of thin shipping tape, as if taped over tape. Opened box. Footboard is cracked. Headboard has chip, one side rail is chipped and gouged. No hardware, no assembly instructions. Immediately went online to contact Amazon. Must contact seller directly. Seller only open Mon-Friday day hours. Looked up return policy. May only return if package unopened. Contacted my credit card company to file payment dispute. Will contact manufacturer during business hours Monday...

I was unsure what to think about this bed after reading the reviews, but the price was good and so was the appearance so I decided to give it a try. Despite what other reviews said, this bed was pretty fast and easy to assemble. It took me less than 1 hour, but I had to basically assemble it twice. That is the only flaw I saw with this bed. The instructions could be better and include a notice about the side mattress support rails. Each rail has a hole on top. When assembling the bed, you need to make sure that both the holes are facing up and that they are on the headboard end of the bed so that the side safety rails can attach. The instructions did not clearly state this, so I found that out the hard way. I was almost done putting it together, but had to disassemble it and start again to get the holes in the correct position. Had I known that, this bed would've been ready to go in 30 minutes. The bed is sturdy and attractive, and my 18 month-old loves it! He was so excited when he saw it! Good looking, nice bed...especially for the price!

We bought this for our 20 month old son and he loves it! The bed is sturdy and well made and looks so pretty in his room. It is a solid wood sleigh bed and is much nicer than the other toddler beds we've seen.
The bed arrived quickly and with directions that my husband said were easy to follow.
We are very happy with our purchase!
