Great concept but top comes off when squeezed Jan 05, 2010
By mosslake I like Prince Lionhart products and I love the idea of a 100% food grade silicone (the last "safe" plastic?) but this design is flawed: the cap is rigid, the body and nipple are soft collapsible silicone. All you or the baby has to to is squeeze the bottle hard and the rigid cap pops off dumping the contents all over. A better design would have been to make BOTH the top part of the bottle AND the cap rigid forming a rigid seal. Another problem is that the nipple can easily be pushed down into the bottle causing the cap to flip off dumping all the liquid. My child did this several times before I took it away.
Great Bottles! Feb 10, 2011
By Screaming Mimi We've used these bottles for close to a year now and love them. You do need to ensure that the bottle is put together correctly or you'll have leaks but I imagine that's true of most all bottles. There is a small lip to the bottle part that must extend past the hard plastic collar. It isn't difficult at all but would be messy if you fail. The bottles are very light which is great for your already overloaded diaper bag and also to help baby learn to feed herself. As well, it has a wide mouth which makes it very easy to clean. I also like the look of them, sort of a frosted glass appearance that's attractive and attention getting.
My baby did not like it. Too hard to suck. Jan 11, 2010

"Kung Fu Hugs!"
My baby did not like this bottle. He got very angry because it was too difficult to get milk out. He ended up getting frustrated everytime we fed him from this. We were looking for a bottle that we could use in conjunction with breastfeeding and this one is not it.
I recommend the milk bank bottles. He loves them and he doesn't get confused between the breast and bottle.
