1Sodium is Way TOO HIGH  Jul 09, 2011
By joanie
I'm a big fan of Plum Organics so for stage 3, I didn't hesitate to order this product. But when I received it and looked at the back, the sodium content is 50mg for 4 oz of meal. I think it way too much for my 9 months of daughter. Happy Babies have similar meal with only 15 mg of sodium

2Two stars for organic ingredients and BPA-free packaging. No stars for taste...  Oct 07, 2010
By Tressed In Red
My 9-month-old son is what you might call an enthusiastic eater. He's sampled a variety of foods, loves most everything (including unexpected favorites like broccoli and prunes), and almost always, to quote one of our favorite bedtime stories, "eats all before him with smiles and goodwill." But these Training Meals from Plum Organics are a notable exception. We tried three different varieties (Pasta with Chicken and Vegetables, Harvest Vegetable with Turkey, and Multigrain Super Greens), and so far, we're zero for three. My son's most favorable reaction was to the Multigrain Super Greens, which he ate, but begrudgingly so, with wrinkled nose and other negative facial expressions. The other two, well... He alternated between pulling faces, emphatically pushing away the spoon, spitting the food out and, on at least one occasion, actually gagging. I'm disappointed. We've loved this brand's fruit and vegetable purées since my son started eating solids, but he's old enough now that he needs to be eating more proteins and more textured foods, and I really thought these would fit the bill. I really wanted to like them, too, as I still haven't found many quick, delicious, organic/wholesome and BPA-free ways to incorporate chicken, turkey and nutrient-rich green vegetables into my son's diet. Unfortunately, it seems these pouches are not the way to go. Guess it's back to the drawing board for Plum Organics, and back to homemade baby food for us.

5My son loves this food!  Oct 04, 2011
By VW "VW"
My son loves this food. He is 16 months now and I still use them. Not all the time, but often. The reason is that his molars are coming in very quickly and he is in a lot of pain. He won't eat much when he's in pain, but these are easy on his gums. They are organic and a quick meal. My son is strong and a very healthy weight. I make sure he gets as much organic, wholesome food as possible. Buying these subscribe and save is a great way to give him good food and still save money. He loves the whole line.

5My Daughters Favorite  Feb 07, 2011
By Jackie Dodd
I love this puree and I'm so glad we found it. This food is a perfect consistency for a "Training Meal" as its labeled. I starting feeding this to my daughter at 8 months and she has loved the taste of texture. She is a great eater and has loved a variety of foods, but this is her hands down favorite. She will eat the entire pouch without a bit of prodding. I have have fed her dozens of these pouches and I have never seen a lump even as big as a Cheerio. Its a great quality food and she loves it.
