 Wonderful Product! Only one on the market I'd use for my little one! Oct 06, 2011

After doing lots of research on the different rice cereals out there, this is one of the few on the market I would give to my little one. Some of the brands, even organic, contain soy or wheat. Both of which I personally don't believe are good for infants, especially when they are first getting use to solids. We have been using this since he was 6 months old (now almost a year). It worked great with breastmilk in the begining and now we alternate between that and purified water, which also works well. I have found if you mix a fruit or veggie purée with it before adding water or milk, it mixes a little bit better without so much clumping. I would highly recommend this product to anyone, along with the entire line of plum organics!

My 5 month old took to this cereal immediately. I love that it is Brown Rice and Organic. Excellent choice for a first food.

This is a brand we hadn't seen in Alaska before and I was excited to see it on the shelf. It pairs wonderfully with the Sprout Organics baby food I use. What a difference! Whereas the other organic rice cereal I used created a lot of gas and tummy aches this cereal did not. The other thing I appreciate is the the packaging. Its a bag, and BPA-free and so when it's empty I roll it up and there's next to no trash. The only thing that would make it better is to have the package be recyclable and come in a larger size.

"Butterfly"
I bought this hoping the pro/prebiotics would help my daughter's tummy. Upon opening there was a distinct chemical smell. The earth's best rice I normally use has no smell whatsoever. But I wrote it off as the add ingredients. Within a half hour of drinking this my daughter shot it all back up. She was not sick. I tried again the following day and same deal. I'm sticking to the less is more approach and going with earth's best organics.
