I absolutely LOVE this bag. I have 3 kids (5 year old, 2 year old and newborn) and I can fit all 3 kids in this bag plus my items (huge wallet, chapstick, coupon organized, phone, keys, etc). I keep snacks for the older 2, diapers for my 2 year old and newborn, extra clothes for my newborn, wipes, receiving blanket, bibs, burp cloths, water bottle, baby bottles, plus lots of room to spare.
There are 2 diaper sized pockets, 2 bottle pockets and the removable pouch on the inside (awesome for storing snacks!). 2 diaper sized pockets and a small pacifier pocket where the changing pad is, plus 2 outside bottle pockets. It has tons of organization! I also love that the changing pad comes off or can stay on with diapers, wipes and cream at hand.
My favorite part are the backpack straps! Having 3 kids it's nice to not worry about the diaper bag smacking someone in the head (like with a shoulder bag). It's also nice to have the shoulder strap for quick in and outs of the vehicle. Having 3 kids and grocery shopping, it nice to had the bag on my back and out of the way.
After I bought this bag, my sister-in-law bought one and a friend bought one too. They love theirs as well. Awesome bag!!

I was so excited about this bag as it was one of the first things I ordered when we found out we would be blessed with our little girl ! Now it has been about three months and we are always on the go =) I get about 2-5 compliments on this bag a day so clearly I am not alone in loving its look =) but lets get down to business on functionality of this bag as you will be needing it A LOT with your little one - The backpack part is a life saver and I would never dream of not having that function in a diaper bag so one star for that - the second star is for the cozy changing pad =) you can wash it if you get anything on it and I would imagine its just comfy for your little one more so than the plastic alternative kind - third is for all of the pockets I swear they have the perfect pockets for each baby item you have fourth star is for the velcro flap - I know that some of the reviews have said they did not like this part but to be honest I could not imagine attempting to change her diaper with one hand and then mess with a clasp of some sort with the other fifth star might be just something I like because I use one of the little disposable diaper bag dispenser things but this bag has a little clip on the inside that I hang it from ! Great bag ! I have one little thing I am not a fan of and it is super small but that little monogrammed wipes case is not the best when it comes to keeping the wipes moist so you might not want to waist your wipes and get a different case :)

Beautifully made and the perfect size.
Much more then I expected.
The pictures definitely don't do this bag justice.
I love the attached changing pad, very convenient.
