I was pleasantly surprised to stumble across these on Amazon. With the Amazon Moms plus the regular subscriber features, I'm saving 30% off! If you have a son who still wets the bed, these are a great option. They work just as well (or perhaps even better) than Goodnites, but are much more affordable. It's nice to have the box arrive at home as well, so my son isn't embarrassed by my buying them at the store.
We've used these with the Westop 3 alarm (bought on Amazon) too--and they work great. I also highly recommend the book, "Waking up Dry" by Dr. Bennett, on Amazon. It's written towards kids, and will definitely help both them and you. It also helped us to realize that it can take months to see results with an alarm, when we were expecting more immediate results.

My little guy is autistic and at 4.5 he is still not ready to potty train. We have tried every single kind of pullup there is, and have had lots of failures, including one miserable one at Disneyland. Bigger little guys sure can hold a lot!! This is the only pullup that has never let me down, both during the day and overnight. Go for it.

These don't leak. Even after a long night's sleep, kiddo comes out with dry pants - just a super heavy diaper. I used to have to wash his sheets daily and line them with towels. This has lightened my laundry load significantly!

Underjams are great for older kids who aren't quite ready to go all night dry. Also great for Moms and Dads who aren't ready to wash and change sheets every day and night. I remember my brothers struggling to stop wetting the bed and all the stress and shame it caused them. I believe some kids sleep deeper than others and it will take them longer to go all night dry. These are a great alternative to stressing out yourself and your child.

My 2 1/2 year old son is a bit big for his age, and we've tried every overnight diaper available in a size 6. Every morning his entire bed was soaked even after limiting his liquid intake before bed (the boy likes his milk, what can I say?). I was getting sick of washing sheets every dang day. These seemed like they would be a bit big on him, and they are, but for some reason they don't leak. I don't know why, maybe a Pampers employee is breaking into my house in the middle of the night and stealing my sons pee. If he is, I will leave him cookies tonight because he is my new BFF.
