I have 3 kids, one on the way. I love these cups and have used these with all of them. This is the only kind of sippy cup I buy now. Screw on cap prevents spills, and as long as the valve stays on, no leaks. After several years, the valves sometimes wear out, but that's life. These suppy cups are cheaper than many and functional. They're cheaper at Walmar by about $1, but at $3 on amazon, still not bad.

I am writing for anyone who may be considering this cup. I searched amazon for a simple, no spill cup. I read the reviews to make sure I was getting a good product. This cup received 5 stars. I would not give it more than 1 star. The valve works great. That is not what makes it leak. It actually leaks out the side. Trust me, I am not new to the whole sippy cup world. I have tried several brands. I also know that sometimes it is your error and you need to try putting the cover on again. That was not the problem. Now, these cups were very inexpensive so I am not too upset. I just wished that they worked! I will continue to use them but only for water.

This is one of my favorite sippy cups. The cap cracked a little inside where the valve is inserted, but that didn't affect performance. However, later on, when my son started to throw the cup, the valve would fall off the lid, leaving me to fish out the valve if I wanted it not to spill. I've now found a (Playtex) cup that has a rubbery valve that manages to stay on the lid when it's thrown, so this has been moved to second-place cup in my mind.

My daughter picked two of these cups up at a store and sucked on them -- so they came home with us. I was very skeptical because, really? No spill -- please! But we tried them, and you know what? They haven't spilled. At all. I even took one and shook it upside down and nothing came out. So, call me impressed! I'm actually going back to the store today to pick up a couple more to replace the cups that DO spill and leak...They are fairly easy to clean and I like that there are flow options in fast or slow. Definitely loving this cup!

I initially bought one in the stores. Worked the best out of about 5 different brands/styles from Advent, Nuk and other Nuby styles. I purchased two additional cups online from Amazon. Luckily we did not experience the leaking that other have.
**The valve cleans easily if you clean it daily.** Simply soak in hot soapy water and use the nipple brush on your bottle brush. Great juice/water cup and its narrow at the base so perfect for small hands. Very toddler friendly.
