I am so glad you make these replacement parts! Nov 08, 2010
By mauimotomama FIRST OF ALL... for the people who are complaining about the straw size, if you read the directions that come with it, you can cut the straws to fit. They are sent out with a long length, and I actually cut mines in half and they don't reach all the way to the bottom, but I am willing to deal with 1/4 to 1/2 inch of leftover liquid at the bottom. So you actually get 2 straws! :)
Having replacement tops is a godsend, I always need extras, and somehow the straws always get lost so I bought a bunch of tops to go with all the Nuby cups we have! Worth the price because it saves mom the HEADACHES!
FINALLY... Nuby flip cups are the best because of the soft straw. I wish these were around when my older kids were smaller. All they had were hard plastic to sip from!

Can use Playtex's bottom replacement straw for the Nuby bottom straw Feb 13, 2011

The part of the Nuby straw cup that we needed to replace first was the bottom straw (they just seem to disappear...either down the sink's drain or elsewhere). I happened to have a Playtex insulated straw cup and found that the bottom straw fit in the bottom of the Nuby perfectly with a slight trimming for size! You can get a 3 pack for $2.95 and not waste money on parts you don't need! Here is the link: Playtex Baby Replacement Bottom Straws (for The Insulator Twist 'n Click and the Lil' Gripper Twist 'n Click Straw Cups): 3 Pack

Don't get if your child is a biter Jan 17, 2010

My child likes to bite on any spout or straw that is soft. These worked for awhile until the no-spill part of the straw busted from her biting it, then they leaked everywhere and even when standing upright, the fluid inside would get drawn up through the straw and spout out the top.

Pricy when compared to cost of new cup... Jan 30, 2009

I've been looking all over for replacement spouts for my daughter's Nuby cup. I was so excited when I saw the replacement set - but why would I pay $2.50 for a replacement set with 2 parts that I don't need when I can just buy a new cup online for $3.50! What a waste of money!
