 Best pacifier ever, BUT Aug 24, 2010

My 12 month old daughter LOVES these pacifiers. She wouldn't take a pacifier at first and didn't get the idea of sucking her thumb so I tried these because they were a totally different shape than the others. She's been hooked ever since, getting all excited and wide eyed and smiley when she spots it on a table or finds one in her toys. I think it's because of the little bumps right where her gums are, so it helps with her teething, and because its very flexible and moves when she sucks on it. BUT, I kind of wish I had just stuck with her not liking anything because we keep losing them somehow and you can't buy these in any stores! They recently discontinued carrying them in the store I originally found them at. So if you want to try a new kind of pacifier, this one is a winner, but just beware of what you're getting yourself into - always buying it online!

Kids are just like everyone else - what one hates another one loves and another one could take it or leave it. My daughter was a very fussy baby, and this was THE ONLY pacifier that she would entertain. We tried several brands and she refused all but the Nuby, which I could never find in stores. But for 18 months it worked like magic with her - instant pacification and it fit perfectly.
I always tossed them in the dishwasher. It's two pieces, but very sturdy, so I never worried about it falling apart or breaking.
When it was time to toss them all, around the age of 2, she had no problem giving it up (we got lucky). I recommend you try it for your kid - who knows if they will love it or hate it, but its a good product.

My son loves this pacifer but within a week or so of use there is mold under the plastic which is impossible to clean. Great product but you have to keep replacing them so its a waste of money.

My daughter will only take this pacifier, so we make sure we stock up!! I have tried every other kind and this is the only one to use!!

This is the only type of pacifier that my baby will take (rounded) and they are impossible to find. We decided to try the Nuby cherry shaped pacis less than 3 weeks ago and there is already mold growing in the plastic where it is impossible to clean out. I'm going to have to throw them away.
