 Excellent lotion for babies and toddlers Sep 12, 2011

I have been using Nature's Baby Moisturizer for 2,5 years, ever since my son was born. While it does have a pleasant smell, it's important to remember that artificial fragrances and perfumes need to be avoided, not naturally occurring ones. Do you think mint has any artificial fragrance? No, it is naturally very strongly fragrant. Same idea here, as long as the fragrance is not separately added in any form, it's fine.
Also, I avoid products that contain lavender, even though it is a natural ingredient, typically used for fragrance (supposed to soothe babies). Lavender is estrogenic so I did not and do not want my baby (boy or girl) absorbing unnecessary hormones. Studies show that small amounts do pass through lotions, especially when used frequently. So I was happy to see that Nature's Baby Moisturizer does not contain any lavender.
Nature's Baby Moisturizer is easy to apply and gets absorbed fairly quickly. It does not leave oily residue or cause any harm to the baby's clothes. Skin is left soft and smooth. I noticed that it even helps with diaper rashes! I also apply this around the diaper area to relieve discomfort of the diaper rubbing on my son's skin.
Overall, it's a wonderful product, and I recommend it to all of my friends.

My baby developed ezcema at 5 months old, I bought and tryed literaly EVERYTHING and spent a lot of money on creams an vitamins. She initially had ezcema on her neck, later on her body and even on ther feet... It was heartbeaking to see her suffer and even learn lo scratch herself at this early age. I even bought the as seen on tv Ezcema free forever information kit. But it there they had some basic ingredients a cream for a baby with ezcema should have. Doing A LOT o research I found this cream had most of the ingredients and decided to try it. In less tha 15 days she had NO TRACE of the really agresive ezcema she had before. We give her short lukewarm baths every other day, but we use the cream everyday and everynight. She is not eating pork ( the bioenergetic told us tu get her off it) and she is now 10 months and we have been ezcema free for 4 months... Nothing at all. I highly recomend this product. Another thing if your baby is prone to develop a rash or allergy to most creams this product is so soft and natural that it will be the only mosturizer you will buy for your baby ever!!! I bought the shampoo but I havent used it yet. I asume it will be as good as the cream.

I have very bad allergies and get rashes very easily. Unfortunately my 2 children have the same problems so we all use this lotion. I trust this brand and stick to it because I know it is safe for all of us to use.

Just so you know, this says unscented but it DOES have a scent.
I like it; it smells like roses.
It's a light smell and must be naturally occurring in the herbs or something.
It's thick yet absorbs well.

I bought this for my 1 and 1/2 year old who has dry skin especially on his knees, after one use his knees were softer than they hve been since birth. This is the best lotion!
