Does NOT fit Chicco Keyfit Mar 21, 2012

2 stars: This product arrived swiftly and was easy to install.

The BAD: On the actual Mountain Buggy Terrain website it does state that the universal travel system is now compatible with Chicco Keyfit. However, this product that arrived from my Amazon order does not fit the Keyfit in any way, shape, or form. I carefully followed the instructions and realized at the very end of the instruction manual it does NOT list the Keyfit on the accepted car seat list. Perhaps this is an older model of the universal travel system? I am disappointed that the seller lists under "product FEATURES" that the Chicco Keyfit is acceptable. However, it can be noted with further observation that under "product DESCRIPTION" it is NOT included. Definitely confusing advertisement. I can only hope the return process is as smooth as the buying.

This is a simple item, a little bit of metal some nylon fabric and snaps. The travel system is easy to set up, but i did need to pull on the metal bar a little to fit it. I was happily surprised at how snugly our car seat (maxi cosi) sat on the fabric with out the strap, so moving the baby in or out of the car seat is easy and wobble free. The strap secures every thing well but is a little bit short. I live in a cold climate and bundling up is a must. In full on bundle mode the end of the strap is up by the clasp. Will the end pull through or not?? Over all happy with the travel system. Simple item, simple review.Mountain Buggy Universal Travel System
