You can buy this for $400 anywhere else Jul 22, 2011
By MBA $600? Are you kidding me? I bought this for $400 at Babies R Us, and it's only slightly more than that now. I wrote this review for the sole purpose of letting people know that this stroller is not $600. It is $419. And, the carseat adaptor isn't $129, it's $60, also at Babies R Us. That said, it's a great stroller, very durable, and you can switch the seat direction. Only downsides - it's heavy, a bit hard to fold, and there is no sippy cup holder, which an older child might need. But I'm glad we purchased it - it's comfortable for the baby, and they can also nap in int - you can change their diaper in it, t's great. Just don't spend $600 on it - the nerve of anyone to charge $200 more than what it's selling for EVERYWHERE ELSE.

great for tall parents! Jan 07, 2012
By loveurmommy I have done a ton of research on a new stroller, like hours and hours. It seemed like everytime I found a stroller that had all the features I liked, the reviews pointed out something, that I just couldn't live with. I had a Pliko 3 and after 4 years of wear and tear I wanted a new one for my three month old son. The new Peg Perego's have terrible reviews and I don't think the quality is there as it is in the Sola. This was the only stoller after reading other reviews that I actually wanted to go to the store and test drive. I couln't believe it when I went to Babies-r-us and it was on clearance for $209.00! I tested it and bought it to my delight.
PROS: 1) Great quality material and fabric! 2) Sturdy metal frame. 3) Folds easy. 4) Seat can face you or out. (Super easy to do, just squeeze and lift!) 5) The seat is high up so baby can see around and this makes it easier to communicate with the baby. 6) Not too heavy, and can fit in the back of my Flex with the third row of seats in use. 7) Nice design on the fabric, my baby likes to stare and it and talk to it. 8) The basket doesn't look big, but it has high clearance, so a diaper bag fits in fine, even a big one, and is easily accessible. (You could always hang the diaper bag from the handle as well.) 9) Handle bars adjust so my 6'7" husband can easily push it or my 4 year old daughter can. 10) Wide wheel base so my feet don't hit the wheels when I walk. 11) Great stearing with a smooth ride. 12) The seat is really wide and there is no aluminum bar that will restrict your toddlers head when he gets bigger. 13) My four year old daughter 42" can ride in it too! Her head is at the top of the seat, if I wear to remove the sun shade, she would be free and clear. Great to know she fits, just in case!
CONS 1) No cup holder, but I could care less. You can buy an attachment for one for yourself if you wish. 2) Sun shade doesn't come all the way down, if the seat is all the way reclined, but the seat is so easy to switch from front ways to back, that you could switch the seat depending on where the sun is. ( Allthough not with the baby in the seat;)
All in all I think this stroller was a great steal at the price I paid and for the quality. I would have paid $349.99 and it would have been worth it for that much! One more thing, the separately sold bunting, which I got for $34.00, is worth it, even if you don't use the zippered leg cover, because it is like a whole liner for the seat as well, which is the dot pattern and it is super soft, and easily machine washable. (It doesn't say machine washable, but I'm sure it will do just fine.)
Love It! Jan 25, 2012
By Grg After months of researching we decided to go with the Sola. It is a wonderful high end stroller. Not only does it look GREAT but it serves its purpose as well. I always get compliments when we go out. The best thing I like about it is that you can have it completely flat, especially good for newborns and changing diapers. I love the fact that you have the option of having the seat face you or the rear. It is very durable and easy to use. Unlike the complicated Bugaboo or Quinny which took forever to figure out how to fold. The only dowside is it takes up a lot of space in our trunk but the pros very much outweight the cons!

December 2011 Just saw on sale at Babies R Us for $350! Dec 12, 2011
By Roscoe After shopping and comparing the Bugaboo, Britax, UppaBaby, and Mamas & Papas I definitely have to say that this stroller is the best bang for your buck. It's much lighter than the Britax and Bugaboo. It's stylish and fun and made out of a great quality. I actually think it's easy to fold and unfold and am happy with it. Definitely buy it at Babies R Us because it's only $350 there.
