wrists are not elastic, but decent quality Feb 19, 2012
By whywhy These mittens were actually too big for my infant at 7 pounds, but even then were still difficult to put on as the bands around the wrists are not elastic. Now that he is almost 15 pounds, they can still be pulled on with a bit of a struggle, and actually stay on my active baby. The fabric is also a bit thicker than most of the other no scratch mittens available but the tradeoff is that they are less breathable and his hands get a bit sweaty. However, at $5 for two pairs, it's not a bad deal though i'm not sure it's worth the trouble to get them on.

Hard to put on Jan 24, 2012
By Olga I would not recommend this product. The seam around the wrist is quite hard, and it is virtually impossible to put it on an infant. It does not stretch one bit. We were not using it after the first time. There are mittens on the market that have a thin elastic band for the rist and a very soft cotton for the material which makes it esy to put on a baby's hand. This cotton is very thick and does not stretch
Won't Use Again May 22, 2012
By Rachel I bought this for my daughter so she went scratch her face and so they stay on. The ones that she has usually comes off, at least one of them anyways. These work good because they stay on but they are kind of big. They look like little chef hats on her hands and these leave her skin red, kind of dry and rashy looking when she touches her face. So I wouldn't use these. Especially since babies have such sensitive skin.
Fabulous little mitts for my baby!! May 03, 2012
By MasonsMama What great little mitts at an even better price. These mitts are extra soft (flannel I believe) so when my baby goes near his face with his hands he gets just a soft material rub instead of a scratch from his little nails. Not sure why anyone would say these are hard to get on!?!? Putting anything on a newborn can be a challenge since they are so squirmy but these mitts just slide right on with no struggle at all. They even stay on which is great since the other mitts I have just fly right off as soon as he moves. I would love to have these in blue as well!!!
Cheap quality Jan 19, 2012
By IP woman There is no elastic in them, they were great for one use only... once you wash it, they look cheap, and hard to put on baby's hand.. overall, i do not suggest buying this item if you count on multiple uses!!! disappointed ...
