What a Shame! Apr 19, 2011

The FIRST Espresso dresser arrived broken-the back of the dresser was cracked. It was replaced today w/ a SECOND dresser that was also DAMAGED. The dresser is not bubble wrapped or wrapped in plastic to prevent the drawers from opening and closing. There was a ding and a crack on the top. The top left side separated from the rest of the dresser. The box was too thin-not sturdy enough to ship a piece of furniture from the East coast to California. I am extremely disappointed-shame on the manufacturer.
