4Great stroller with just a couple dealbreakers for me  Apr 07, 2011
By K. Moynehan
I really think this is a great stroller, with lots of features at a great price. We were comparing the Baby Jogger Summit XC and Bob Revolution SE, and noticed Joovy got great ratings on CR. We took this for a spin alongside the BabyJogger, which had won out over the Bob.

In many regards, they're about equal. Neither has an adjustable handle, both drive beautifully, each has 16-inch rear and 12-inch air-filled tires, each seat reclines, and each has a great sun canopy.

The Joovy offers the following pros:
Larger, more accessible basket underneath. the BabyJogger's is almost inaccessible
Larger peek-through window on the canopy
Pockets in the seating area for a bottle, kid's toys, etc
Much better price

The Baby Jogger offered these advantages:
front suspension (Joovy has only rear, as did Bob) - front suspension is nice when you have the front wheel locked for running - you have to lift up the front to turn it many times, and dropping it back down is much more comfortable for the little one when there's a spring up there
Seat recline mechanism is really well-thought-out and easy to use. the Joovy (and Bob) require more struggling to adjust
hand-brake - this is a minor thing for us, since neither of us do much running in hilly areas where it could get away from us on a downhill, but only the BabyJogger has it
More comfortable straps, complete with pads over the shoulders - Joovy didn't have these

All in all, if I stopped the analysis here, I would prefer the Joovy, for two main reasons: the large basket underneath is such a functional advantage, and the cost savings is significant. Most of the other advantages of the Baby Jogger aren't worth the extra cost. However, the biggest drawback for us was in the design of the canopy near where it pivots to open and close: there's a pretty good possibility that our child could pinch his fingers in the canopy mechanism - we trapped our own in there while it was closing to see what it would feel like, and it really hurts! The Baby Jogger's design precludes that from happening. Secondly: the head room. The Bob lost on this feature too - our kid is 7 months old, about 22 pounds, and once he's in the Joovy (or Bob), his head is already pretty close to the top of the fabric when the canopy is open. If that's already happening, we didn't think he'd last very long before he started feeling uncomfortable in it. The Baby Jogger offers much more room for him to grow into it, so in the end, despite its higher cost, we felt it would be a better long-term investment.

However, of all the other joggers with a swivel that we looked at, the Joovy was a very close option and apart from the pinching risk, I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to plunk down the cash for the BOB or Baby Jogger.

3awesome stroller, but not for tall people  Sep 03, 2011
By Jennifer
We LOVE this stroller but had to send it back because it does not have an adjustable handle bar. My husband is 6'3" and the handlebar was much too short for him. He ended up having to bend slightly at the waist to push it while running. The next day his back was in knots. So - we had to send it back to exchange it for one with an adjustable handle bar. I called Joovy about this and they said they get calls about this a lot from people saying the handlebar is too low or too high (for short people).

BUT - things we love about the stroller include - very smooth ride, easy to maneuver, great sun coverage, lots of storage, etc...

5Awesome  Nov 29, 2011
By special needs mom
I wish I had bought this stroller before alllll the others I've tried in my son's 4 years of stroller use. He has disabilities and isn't walking yet, so we needed a heavy duty stroller to get around our mountain town. I've tried a million strollers, and this one is worlds apart. I've always wanted a BOB, but couldn't justify the cost, went with this one, and WOW. Don't bother with the BOB, this stroller is everything you could ever want. The ride is completely smooth, the rotating wheel is amazingly sturdy, which surprised me after all the other joggers I've tried that had terrible wobble. My son is 38 inches tall and 30 lbs and has plenty of room to grow in this stroller. The sun shade provides full coverage, the seat back is supportive and easy to adjust, the ride is smooth, and it comes with a free weather shield! This is a LARGE stroller though, of course it has to be to truly accommodate a larger child, but get ready because it's going to struggle in stores etc. It JUST fits through a smaller sized doorway. On the bright side, because it is tall your child is elevated closer to your level for easier interaction.

5Great product at reasonable price  May 10, 2011
By spyder
We got the Joovy 360 last week and used it over the weekend for our 4 month old. it is a great stroller. It is easy to fold up and relatively light weigh. Very easy to load it in to my compact SUV.

The shipment came in in a very nicely packaged box. We only needed to assemble the wheels, which took only about 10 minutes including unwrapping everything and reading the user manual in details.

The quality of the stroller is very high. It is very sturdy. All the fabrics on the stroller are top grade, no worse than the $400+ ones from BOB or other brands. The sun visor are the best feature of the stroller. Last weekend was a very sunny day when we went for a walk. We were amazed how good the baby was protected from the sun. The stroller also came with a removable clear plastic wind/rain blocker to further protect the child. We thought that the overall product is great; it is very well made; it is carefully packaged to prevent damage from shipping, and the accessories with the strollers are already included (the wind/rain blocker and tire pump).

I HIGHLY recommend this stroller. Best price for top quality.

5Perfect in every way!  Feb 25, 2012
By Susie M. Keefer "Susie M Keefer"
Joovy is everything the videos and other excellent reviews say. I am very happy with our purchase after reviewing The Bob Revolution or Gracco models or even Baby Jogger. The price is under the quality and you cannot ask for a better product. My 2.5 yr old daughter loves the view, the window in the head cover and shes seems very comfortable in the firm, but soft seat. We aren't much for long walks or jogs (hours)where she would use the lay-down extension, but I have no doubt she will be happy to sleep in that possibility. I would recommend this jogger for anyone on a budget, you will get more than your pocket book dents...just excellent!
