This has been my favorite gift to give moms that are having their 2nd+ baby girl. After you have the first baby you generally have all of the essentials, so these are a lot of fun for the mom that already has everything! My second daughter was given these at a baby shower and I put them on her almost everyday for her first 6 months. Other brands make versions of these (like Target), but they are not nearly the same high quality as Jazzy Toes. These held up much better in the wash than any others. The other brands shrink and fade very quickly. These really look like shoes on their feet, too. I got more compliments than I can count from random strangers when my daughter wore these. The grandmothers loved them : )
I don't think I would recommend buying them for older babies (6months+) Once my daughter hit 6 months we switched to pedipeds and I didn't have a need for these socks anymore.

Awesome socks. Come with grip, so baby won't slide. The Jazzy Toes box comes with 6 designs in a box, so they can mix/match our twins outfits. We bought one for boy, one for girl, for our twins, and they complement each other. The boy sneaker has a star, and the girl sneaker has a flower. The little details make them very nice. Babies are 9 months old, and still wear them comfortably. We got so many compliments when we go out, to the supermarket, play group, gymboree classes. Best thing is that they can last for a while, unlike another brand that we bought which lasts us for 1 month or so as the babies outgrow them. Great idea on the box too. I purchased the 0-12 month size for my 8-month-old. The socks are cute enough, but we all know the purpose of getting these is to 1) keep the feet warm 2) provide some grip while they crawl/cruise/walk. Problem with these socks is that the first pair she wore (pink ones) came off her feet over and over again. I was truly annoyed. They didn't seem too small, but I know her foot is probably bigger than the average 8-month old. The next pair stayed on a little better (red), but still don't really fit to my liking. I bought the same set in 12-24 mos (they were on sale!), so I will see if they fit any better before I keep my review just average.

I love these socks! The different color choices make it possible for my one week old to wear "shoes" that match everything she owns.
My three year old always is asking if she can get a pair of "pretty" socks for her sister.
On the downside, the bottom of the socks say "Jazzy Toes" in obnoxious white letters. Not what I was expecting but they are still the cutest.

These are very cute and well made socks. They match a variety of outfits. My daughter wears them all of the time. I will say that they seem to run small she is only 4 months, wears a size 1 shoe and they are a bit small and pull up under her heel. They do stay on well tho.
