Great Cold-Weather Cover Jan 28, 2010
By M. Steed I live in Utah and am active in the outdoors all year-round. My husband and I will frequently use the Arctic BundleMe in our BOB jogging stroller when we run and when we pull our baby behind us during snowshoeing excursions. Our baby is so warm and snuggly inside. More often than not, she falls asleep inside.
When going to the JJ Cole website when this first came out, I didn't find specific enough specs on it. When I emailed the manufacturer they said, "The Arctic BundleMe is like a snowsuit, while the Urban BundleMe (which we also have) is like a coat." When you use the Arctic BundleMe, you know your child will be warm from the winter elements.
The inside is a soft fleece while the outside is a very thick, durable canvassy-feeling material. There's a vent you can zip open to help regulate air. There's also a little pocket on the bottom front.
This is a great product and I highly recommend it if you live anywhere where it's cold and windy and you need to keep your baby/toddler warm.

Warm Vermont Baby Jan 23, 2010

We purhased this bundle me for our 12 month old. We live in Burlington where it gets quite cold and windy. The Arctic bundle me works as described and keeps our son warm in very chilly weather despite not needing to wear a winter coat underneath. It is now very easy to transfer him from car seat to stroller without having to remove or out back on his winter coat. We have it attached to a Uppa Baby Vista stroller and it fits like it was custom made for it. It will also work on the G-Lite umbrella stroller if needed. We would highly recommend this product to anyone in need of a warm option to a bulky bunting or winter outfit/coat.

EXTREME Dec 02, 2010

I own the JJ Cole Arctic Bundle, Urban Bundle and the Original Bundle. I purchased the Arctic and Urban in toddler size and would highly recommend doing the same for the amount of money you want to get more than one winter out of the product. That being said my daughter is two and I started using these when she was one. For an infant probably you would have to go with the smaller ones. I use these with a Baby Trend Jogger and an Uppa Baby Vista. The Arctic has a better configuration for the Uppa Baby's sunshade that attaches to the top of the stroller. The Urban one is less stiff and works better on the jogger. Both are a good investment if you are going to be out regularly through the fall/winter months in cold climates. Last winter we used a combo of the Urban and a vinyl cover which my daughter was not thrilled about having the vinyl cover on--but was happy to be in the Urban bundle. If using the Arctic and if the wind isn't bad she is comfortable as low as 25 degrees, but will pull the front cover up. I agree with the reviewer who compared the Arctic to a snow suit and the Urban to a coat. The only draw back so far has been the zippers are little tough on the Arctic but I think with time they will loosen up. From time of purchase I have received at least ten compliments on the looks and six others asked where I purchased, it looks as good as it works and it works as good as it looks!

Fantastic bunting, couldn't be more pleased! Feb 06, 2010
By Shari Arctander The JJ Cole Arctic Bundle Me (taupe/sassy) was just as described. I live in Norway, and it gets cold here! It is really warm and cozy. I was unsure how it compared to the regular Bundle Me (I used an infant Original Bundle Me last winter), and wondered if it would be warm enough, and it was. I expect I'll have to have a lighter Bundle Me as winter wains as it could be too warm when spring comes, but I'm not sure yet.
My daughter is 15 months old, and although she is a bit small for her age, I will have no problems using this next winter when she has turned 2. It is really spacious.
I use it on a BOB Revolution, and although I can't slip it over the back of the seat, it stays in place just fine since the stroller harness goes through the Bundle Me. I have also had the rain cover on my BOB, and it fits fine with the Bundle Me in it. I am really happy with the purchase and do not regret it at all! Only wish I'd gotten it sooner.
UPDATE 2 April 2010: I am still super-pleased with this bunting, and am still using it even with daytime temps around 5C /40F and she is not too hot (and she is by nature a very hot baby). However, my one complaint, and this is more irritating than anything else, is that it slides down in my BOB stroller. The velcro opening to get the straps through at the back is different than my original Infant Bundle Me and it does not stay shut. Then it slides down and suddenly it appears that my small-for-her-age baby is too long to strap in, but it is just that the straps have fallen through the back of the Arctic Bundle Me as it came un-velcroed, and that the Bundle Me slipped down. So I have to adjust it every third time I use it or so. But I am still really happy I have it and do not regret the purchase at all. I have not tried it on my 2000 model Graco stroller or my Emmaljunga, but I doubt this problem would occur on those because the loop can be looped around the back of the stroller as recommended.
Bottom line: LOVE IT and HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! But wish Bundle Me could improve their fastening system so the bunting worked with BOB strollers (and other similar types) better.

Worth the price! Apr 20, 2011
By Northern Mom My daughter was born in January...and I don't know how we would have survived the winter months without this. Although it is pricey, it is well worth the investment if you are a mother/father/guardian that likes to get outside during colder months. Starting at less that two weeks old, my daughter and I would walk for miles through snow, sleet and wind. She stayed cozy and comfortable thanks to the bundle me and I was able to get outside (crucial to my sanity as a new mom). The bundle me fit our BOB stroller fabulously. Obviously, as a newborn, the toddler bundle me is large for my daughter, however, it is something she can use now and will be able to grow into for years to come.
