Not much of a rocker Apr 19, 2010
By Envie
"Jules Gallaty"
We purchased this rocking seat for our newborn via Baby Bungalow on Amazon. It took over a week to arrive. The seat is a LOT larger than it looks in the pictures, and takes up a lot of space. It's not easy to move it from room to room either. It shows carrying straps in the manual, but those did not come with it and must be optional which would have been helpful to know before purchasing. Lastly, and most importantly, it does NOT rock very well at all. There is a plastic ridge on the bottom designed to keep it steady that prevents it from rocking fluidly and it catches on that, making a definite 'bump' motion halfway through its rocking cycle from front to back, which isn't very far at all, hardly noticeable and very clunky. For as expensive as this product is, and well made materials its contructed with, you would expect it to be a much nicer and comfy seat for baby. It's just not. Our baby didn't like it nor did we. Shipping it back.

Not functional Jan 05, 2012
By SD Mom If I'm honest, I bought this bouncer for its looks. And I think it does really look great! It's very modern and not tacky like most bouncers. However, it doesn't cradle the baby very well. Our boy would shift ever so slightly and we were always afraid he'd fall out because the whole thing is pretty flat. If it had more of a cradle to keep the baby in place, it would be awesome. The belt straps didn't really matter because they only kept his lower body in place while his head would still flop from side to side. It's a pretty bouncer, but not practical.

functional & cool!! Jun 26, 2010
By gkid We are very happy with our Loft chair! This replaces a bouncy chair and pack n' play when we travel with our 3 month old. There are 4 position so he can lay almost flat at night and very upright after eating. Very lightweight and it has a handle. We didn't realize that it had a canopy which is great for on the beach.

Without carrying handles for US. Sep 14, 2010
By A. Nechaev Hello, I have received Inglesina Loft Rocking Chair (Red) without carrying handles. I asked the seller about missed handles and received answer from Inglesina: || Unfortunately, The Loft rocking chair sold in the US does not come with the carrying handles. || They cannot be purchased as separate accessories either. || Sorry for the inconvenience.
I think this information must be in the main item's description. The carrying function have in each user guide for the Rocking Chair from Inglesina. It is not optional! I am not satisfied by this purchase. If I was known about this missed part for US customers I selected another one kids chair from Jane (Spain).
I have already open and use this chair and I can not return it or exchange. In any case I am not satisfied by this purchase.

Made in China May 15, 2011
By LMeryl Never took this out of the box. Even though we thought it was made in Italy, when it arrived the box said made in China.
Thank goodness for free returns!
