Perfect Mar 07, 2011
By Soobie These pads are soft, thin, comfortable, absorbent, the right length and wash well. If you are considering cloth pads, these are great. Edit/update months later: These pads are even softer and more absorbent after many washes. I use them daily as liners as well as during VERY heavy flow. No problem with staining or shrinking. I can't believe how versatile these pads are. I wish I had known about these years ago. Since switching to cloth in February of this year, my periods have gone from 8 days to 4!!! Cloth is the way to go. I hear that cups are great, too. Ditch the disposables, Ladies, your bodies will notice a huge difference in comfort.

no leak overnight Jul 16, 2009
By Dnguyen I bought maxi/overnight pads with "Imse Vimse Cloth Organic Cotton Menstrual Pads Sanitary Pad Set" because the set does not include this kind/shape of pads and comes with only one overnight pad. Natural cotton of both products is easy on my skin and I am happy with my purchase. As for this maxi/overnight pad, some layers of cotton absorbs well and no leaks overnight, but it takes long time to dry after wash. That's why I give 4 stars while I give 5 to the other set.

Back up method Nov 13, 2011
By Shon I am using these as a back up method, as I am using a diva cup. They have been comfortable and effective. They washed up easily and didn't leak either. They are exactly what I wanted.
Great! Feb 05, 2012
By Marley I've always been passionate about natural health, and decided to take it to a new level by trying reusable cloth pads. These are the first ones I ever bought and I love them! PROS: -Organic! If I'm going to have something in such a sensitive area for a week, why would I choose to put something bleached with all kinds of chemicals? Eww! -Soft! Way better then disposable pads. -Inexpensive! I was able to use all three for my cycle, supplementing with a disposable panty liner on the awkward "almost gone but still kinda there" days. Cloths can last five years if taken care of properly. It's recomended to change a disposable pad 3-4 times a day at LEAST. For a week of bleeding, you'd use 21-28 pads. if a 16ct box can cost around say $5, and you need twice that, plus a box of panty liners for when your flow is light, these babies pay for themselves! **NOTE!!!: I also need to mention that these were the least expensive cloths I could find on amazon or otherwise, which is one of the main reasons I picked them.** -Eco! as determined before, using about 21-28 pads a month for the many years a woman menstruates not only costs quite a bit, but the environmental impact of those 21-28 pads per mensturating woman throughout the world is just terrible. -Wings! I need wings with a pad. I'm prone to major leakage, and was glad it had wings. Didn't know if I'd like that they snap, but it was actually no big deal for me. CONS -Didn't dry as quickly as expected. I would wear, soak in cold water, rinse, and air dry for an est. 12 hrs before trying to wear again, but they were a little damp. -Leaked one night. They aren't shaped like disposable overnight pads that have wing like things that go protecting your bottom. I wore the pad overnight on my heaviest day and had a leakage problem in the back. Could be I moved around too much, thus moving the pad, or hadn't become accustomed to the correct positioning. OVERALL If I could give it 4 1/2 or 4 3/4 stars I would. I love this product SO much and the only downside was the dry time and minor leakage. Other then that-I feel that they are most definetly the way to go!
very soft, comfortable Sep 22, 2011
By elizabeth todd I have extremely heavy flows, and was also using incontinent pads daily for light urine leakage (i'm 40 and have had 3 c-sections). since switching to these cotton pads, i feel more comfortable, the disposables were giving me a rash, last period i only used 1 disposable pad and 1 ultra tampon as backup for work/sleep. drawback is the one pad with a tag you have to flip it around so that it's underneath on the front side (it irritate my rear side) and the color is white so you have to soak it in a whitening enzyme solution, before washing in COLD water. line drying outside is embarrassing. other than that, great product!
