The color of the blanket looks alot lighter in the picture than it really is. To me it looks beige in the picture although the description does say Light Oatmeal - I was hoping that it was closer to being beige when I received it. Having it in my hands now, to me, it looks like a medium shade of Oatmeal, not a light shade. A little disappointed about the color but other than that the quality and workmanship is excellent so I decided to keep it. I love the detailed border and the ribbon woven into it.
