I use this with regular tri-fold diapers and a Snappi Cloth Diaper Fasteners - Pack of 3 (Mint color mix). The cover stay on well and easily adjusts to fit a baby with a chubby tummy and skinny legs. No leaks when Diapers are change promptly, and easy to wash with the diapers. I like the inside mesh, in case the cover does end up against babies skin, the mesh creates a breathable barrier between skin and plastic.
If you don't wash between each diaper change, be aware that the inside mesh might get a bit of a urine smell.
I haven't washed these with velcro covers, but I would be concerned about velcro from another cover getting snagged on the mesh inside of these. Just something to be aware of.

I like the Gro-via system a lot, it fits my tall & skinny 9mth old son well (on the middle rise setting), doesn't leave red marks around his legs or waist, doesn't fall down nor can he take it off & it's very absorbent. I love that the soakers snap in & out easily and then stay in place (I use a shell twice per washing). The snaps I thought would be cumbersome but are actually easy to adjust even with a squirmy mobile baby. I like that these have hip snaps which seems to give a better fit all around and helps keep messes in. The mesh lining of the shell is fairly soft & gentle against babies' sensitive skin and the outer layer doesn't feel plastic-y at all. The plane design is adorable (& my favorite) but the owls & solids are nice looking too.

I had ordered the all in one Nature and was not as pleased. It was too small and snug.
This cute shell with owls was perfect and even has room to grow for my toddler boy.
I love the mesh lining and snaps. It has held up and not leaked through so far. I even use it with my Gdiaper large inserts and works great. You can also use it with the disposable soakers for when you are on the go.
I am ordering the airplane print next .

We love this diaper shell! I am only giving it 4 stars, because the pattern isn't as cute in person. But we haven't had any leaks and are very happy with it otherwise. Definitely recommend!

I have no doubt that this diaper will be great for my 0-3month when she is bigger(6mo+), but the bulk is too much with the snap in soaker. Nice design, but not quite as "one-size" as I thought it would be.
