Unlike in other carseats, this has to be tighetened / loosened from behind; it doesnt have a pin and belt in front to support strapping easily.

I bought this travel system and took it with me abroad and I was already away when a realized it was broken. I wrote immediately to Amazon (the seller) and got no answer. I can't return it since I need it, but I would very much like Amazon to be responsible for the item they sold me.

This product was easy to assemble and works great. It was delived quickly and with no problems. It works as well as others that are much more expensive.
