The best umbrella stroller! Mar 18, 2008
By Paticia Kroeker

It's perfect...nice and tall, the adjustable foot rest is awesome, and most of all, I love the full recline postition so my little one can sleep when I'm on the go.
It takes two hands to fold it up, but it doesn't take up much room in my trunk.

Great Purchase! Sep 11, 2009

Purchased the Esprit Sun Speed in blue from Ebay (same supplier as indicated on Amazon) for half the price of this Pink version after EXTENSIVE researching. I LOVE it! Terrific handle height, I'm 5'5 and it works wonderfully, I don't ever kick the wheels. My husband who is 6'4 has no problem pushing it either.
Other perks: -Ample storage compared to most umbrella style strollers -Awesome recline, my son has slept in this MANY times--I love the way it reclines with the buttons on either side. So easy! And even easier to put back up--just push it up with one hand, even with my 25+ pound son in it. -Nice and cushy fabric -My son is tall but still has plenty of length to grow to reach the foot rest, so the adjustable seat bottom is a TERRIFIC feature. I keep it up all the time to support his legs. -Like the back pocket on the hood -like the carrying handle -opening it up literally takes two seconds.
But, there are a few cons: -The canopy is alright. Doesn't block the sun from the front. -The way it locks could use some improvement. Though it stays shut just fine both with the canopy on and off when checked plane side, the canopy is really in the way of the lock and the way it locks makes the stroller stick out on the other side. -I like that it has shoulder pads, but they never stay up so I'm constantly pushing them up. Even with the straps completely tightened, they still won't. -The way it collapses takes some practice and definitely requires two hands. It gets easier with use though because the locking mechanism loosens up and makes it a breeze. I have done this several times WITH my son on my hip without too much trouble.
Overall, I have recommended this stroller to friends and many have commented on how nice the recline feature is and how comfy my son looks in it. This stroller was very much worth the price I payed for it and would purchase it again!

Too bad they are discuntinued Jun 05, 2009
By Mama G. I managed to get a new one on ebay for less, and couldn't be happier. My child likes it, and so do I. The stroller doesn't weigh a lot, but it packs tons of nice features. The best ones for me are the lockable front wheels (great for uneven surfaces), and the reclining back rest, which can go almost all the way down. Also, this stroller is of a decent height, which is important for taller parents (I'm 5.7", and I don't have to bend with it as it happens with so many umbrella strollers).
squeeking wheels Oct 02, 2009
By Monika Aaa The stroller itself is really nice but I started having big troubles with all wheels. They are squeeking like crazy and nothing that I do seems to work...It gets on my nerves and I will probably be looking for a new stroller pretty soon..Too bad.
