MIRACLE CREAM!!! Dec 31, 2010
By M. Alford

My son developed eczema when he turned 2 months old, coincidentally after his routine set of immunization shots. I believe the shots triggered the horrible auto-immune response. It started on his cheeks, spread to his forehead, head, arms, legs, and then his entire front torso. His skin felt like sandpaper, and soon there were areas with open, puss-wounds. It was heartbreaking to see him in so much discomfort and agony. I went on a 2 week elimination diet to see if there were possible food allergens in my breastmilk and searched the internet for answers, and natural alternative methods for healing. That's when I stumbled upon Episencial. Based on the positive reviews I bought this, and I noticed my son's skin improving within hours of the 1st application. His skin is healing rapidly, and glowing. Incredible stuff. I'm loading up on it :-)

Wonderful Cream!!! Dec 17, 2010
By S. Lam My infant son looked like he had some form of ringworm. We went to the doctor, did the presribed cream, but the rash would not go all the way away. I started doing some research and realized that it was atopic dermatitis. As opposed to going to the doctor, we decided to try something more gentle. I've used the Episential produts before and liked them, and used the soothing cream over the summer for my self, after too much sun. But since it has calendula, decided to try this on the baby. Within a week, the rash was 80% better, and 2 weeks later, it's completely gone!!! I love this cream!!!

Works on adults too Apr 11, 2011
By S. Ericson I don't have children. I haven't used this product on children. I'm a 35 year old adult male whose hands were drying up badly for no discernible reason and i've tried many products hat promised the world and delivered zilch. A friend handed me this soothing cream and within 48 hours the worst of the skin peeling had ceased. As a bonus, there's no greasy residue to worry about after it sinks into your skin, unlike most other products that left me feeling slimy and gross for hours afterwards. In short, you dont need to be a child to get some mileage out of this stuff, it worked for me!

Good stuff, safe product! Jul 07, 2011

My 5 year old son has had eczema his whole life... his skin is VERY sensitive to certain products (nearly everything) and my 1 year old son is not quite as bad, but has a few spots that get irritated easily. My older son has steroid creams to keep his under control, but I didn't want to get on that regimine with the baby just yet if I didn't have to. I heard about Episencial on Facebook (they have great customer service on their page!) and bought the Soothing Cream and Foaming Wash through Amazon. My boys love it. It smells delicious, it's gentle to the skin and it's got safe ingredients I don't have to worry about. The Soothing Cream does kind of sting if the child has an open scratch/wound, so you need to be careful of that (if they've scratched an itchy place too hard, for example). But, it does help to sooth irritated places well! I have been told that the body butter works really well for the same type situation and I have ordered that, so we'll see!
My child & I had bad reactions Apr 23, 2012
By Pelo I really wanted this product to work. It was so highly recommended by a friend and my daughter has been suffering from dry skin & a rash for months. I am so desperate to help her to just have normal healthy baby skin. I tried both the snuggly lotion and the soothing cream. Two things happened. First the soothing cream made her scream, squirm and cry like she was in pain from the second I put it on her skin. It actually made the rash redder. I felt so bad I used a wash cloth to take it off. Hoping it was just a one time thing I tried it again the following day and the same reaction. I will not be using this brand on her again as it is obviously causing her distress. Sadly I also tried the snuggly lotion as I didn't want to waste it and within 15 minutes my arms felt warm and got very red! I don't know what is in this brand to be causing these reactions but it won't work for us. I'm still hoping there will be a product out there that will help with the ecxema.
