Wonderful stuff, smells delicious! Jul 07, 2011

My 5 year old son has had eczema his whole life... his skin is VERY sensitive to certain products (nearly everything) and my 1 year old son is not quite as bad, but has a few spots that get irritated easily. I heard about Episencial on Facebook (they have great customer service on their page!) and bought the Soothing Cream and Foaming Wash through Amazon. My boys love it. It smells delicious, it's gentle to the skin and it's got safe ingredients I don't have to worry about. I was worried that the bottle was small and wouldn't last long for my two boys, but it has... a little bit goes a long way. I really like this stuff, and I have already bought more because we're finally about to run out!

Great for body, but not tear free Nov 18, 2011

First of all, I love this wash. It is great for my 14 month old's sensitive baby skin. It is the only one I've found so far that cleanses without leaving irritation. (I do have to use lotion on her skin sometimes, but we live in a dry climate and my own skin is very dry during the cold months) My only concern with this is that it is NOT tear free. Using it on my daughter's hair is a nightmare! The end of bath time ends in tears and itchy eyes. Which is why I'm only giving it 3 stars. :( So I've yet to find a hydrating shampoo for her. Just ordered some Noodle & Boo shampoo. We'll see how that goes.
Love this product! Feb 10, 2012
By Maeflower I received a sample of Episencial playful foaming wash in the mail and totally fell in love with it! My baby's skin loved it, too.
Foaming only if you use a loofah Sep 10, 2011

Edited: it foams as long as I use a loofah. I used quite a bit less than last time and the orange smelled good. Can't say I feel completely clean though (probably just because I can't smell the soap anymore).
Smells like Vitamin C -- really good Jan 08, 2011
By Stef DiCaprio Comes out gloppy like a thick shampoo type product which doesnt spread too well on the washcloth, so you feel like you have to keep adding more in order to get your baby clean. Because of this, the product does not last long so is very expensive for the amount you get/use up fast. It does suds up in the water nice--good for the splashing.
But the smell is very nice when in use and then just leaves a minor hint of smell on your baby so that is good too--nothing overpowering. It has caused no rash or drying out and has been very good on baby's skin.
