not so perfect! Oct 01, 2011
By mamoland I was checking the ingredients of those wipes and Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate is a very controversial preservative. Has the potential to be contaminated with formaldehyde, and can also break down into formaldehyde, a known carcinogen, toxin and irritant that is rated as a high hazard by the EWG.

Best "Natural" Wipes Dec 10, 2011
By Jecca We have tried a lot of brands of chlorine free wipes and these are our favorite. They are soft and strong but do seem a little bit thinner and smaller than brands like Huggies. They work just as well, though, and I think the texture is more gentle. The wipes at the bottom of the package have a tendency to be a little bit soapy but flipping the package upside down when not using it solves that problem. The Earth's Best reusable container is crap. We bought a cheap package of wipes at the grocery store and use that container with these refills. The resealable plastic tab on the top of this refill package doesn't last as long as the package does so a reusable container is a must to keep them from drying out.

Price hike is unconscionable Sep 09, 2011
By Chulysses The price increase for this product is pure BS. I paid $38.88 for 960 wipes (80 count x 12 packages) on July 4, 2011 and see the price for the same item is now $51.18 from the vendor that Amazon automatically switched me to in my subscribe/save account. Huh? Not only is a 32% price increase for less wipes in the span of two months unconscionable, but it's pretty sneaky (not to mention unethical) for Amazon to switch me to another vendor that charges the excessive price hike. I'm sure Earth's Best will argue they had to increase their price due to increased commodity/ labor costs, but give me a break... the only changes in the past two months are the stock market has dropped, unemployment is still high, and consumers still aren't buying anything. When was the last time any of you received a 32% raise for doing less work? Shame on you Earth's Best!! I bought this brand for the past 2+ years for my 2 babies but I'm totally switching to another brand after this. Vote with your feet people, and don't buy.

Best Wipes Ever Sep 07, 2011
By Earth Mama I Love the Earth's Best Wipes! Not only are they chlorine free which helps reduce diaper rash on for my little one, but the actual wipe is larger than 7th Gen- which helps for "scoopability"! These wipes actually have 2 more wipes pre pack than 7th Gen too!(7th Gen are only at the 70ct)
ps. my subscribe and save rate has not gone up!

Great quality and very little fragrance Sep 28, 2011
By Mika Vevo As other people on Amazon I am disappointed with the smaller package and therefore price hike on those. While waiting for these wipes to go back in stock I have tried few other and wasn't happy with them. Huggies tore easily, Kirkland brand had funny chemical smell. I found myself wishing daily for Amazon to get Earth's Best back in stock. I couldn't find them anywhere cheaper than Amazon Subscribe and Save combined with Amazon Mom, even with the new price. After looking at buying Seventh Generation I realized that what Earth's Best/Amazon did, was to bring the price closer to their competition. Since these wipes meet all my criteria: very little fragrance, no chlorine, moist but not dripping and never reap I decided I can live with the price hike. And as I power through 900 Kirkland wipes I impatiently await for the new shipment of Earth's Best to show up on my doorsteps.
