Horrible Return Policy-Dwell Studio May 10, 2012

I got a diaper bag as a gift that had this same pattern. I wish it had been through Amazon and not Dwell Studio themselves. They have a horrible return policy where you have to return it within 30 days, need to only use a store credit online, AND need to get an RMA number to even be "allowed" to return it. To get the RMA number, you need to email them. They won't email you back. Then you have to call and beg for it. But, if you just call without emailing, they will tell you to email. Thus, they make it nearly impossible to be able to even return anything from their store. No surprise, they do not have ratings of items on their website. Whatever you do, DO NOT order anything directly from Dwell Studio. If you aren't sure about their items, buy it via amazon or Buy Buy Baby. Anyway, I didn't like this pattern but everyone has their own taste. Now I need to find something else on their website that I like to exchange it for.
