Good Bassinet for the Price, Wrong Color Jun 10, 2011

I ordered the yellow bassinet with the teddy bears and received a beige bassinet with blue plaid. The box was labeled yellow, so I think the product description is off. I reviewed this product on Babies 'R' Us and many others received the wrong color as well. We decided that the beige was fine and kept it.

The structure itself is stable. I love that the whole thing collapses. It's great for living in the city. The detachable moses basket is great and easy to get on and off the base. Overall, we really liked the bassinet.

poor quality and poor customer service May 10, 2012

I sent this bassinet to my daughter and her husband. When they put it together, they found it to be cheaply made. The bassinet wires popped out and the bed of the bassinet was prone to flipping over. They did not feel comfortable putting a newborn baby in it. The frame that the bassinet sits in is very difficult to pull apart and there are no clips to secure the bassinet to the frame. I initiated the return process with the company and was told I would have to pay fees to return it. I was not thrilled with the fact that I had to pay fees, but as they pointed out, I agreed to those terms when I purchased it. The person I was corresponding with told me that an email would be sent to me containing a shipping label. I waited for a week and still no shipping label. When I inquired about it, I was told that the email was sent. Instead of resending the email, she recommended that I go to the website and print a shipping label. I tried the website and could not find a section that would assist me with a shipping label. This website was not user friendly. If you purchase from this company, be aware of the fees should you decide to return your item. Do not expect them to use good customer service, and expect that you will get poor quality merchandise.

I received a bassinet which turned out to be exactly what I DID NOT order. A second was sent out and it was the same as the first. A third was "sent" but I have yet to receive it almost a month after it was "sent" and two months after I had ordered it. I do not think I should have to return two items that should have been correct the FIRST TIME, when I do not have the item I ordered in the FIRST PLACE!

I BOUGHT THIS BASSINET AND THEY SEND ME A WRONG COLOR. I RETURN BY MYSELF BECAUSE I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE RETURN LABEL AND WAITING FOR A RESPOND...PLEASE BE SURE BEFORE YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM AMAZON OR SPECIFICALLY TOT TO TEEN.
