Wanted to love this product. I bought the gift set which was not cheap. This stuff actually does help with a raw behind but I can't use it most the time. When u go to squeeze out the ointment, this water /oily mess pours out. I have tried massaging the tub prior to squeezing it but it does not help. It gets everywhere and on top of that, the water/ oil mixture prevents the ointment from being able to rub into the skin. I have since bought a natural cream from Babyganics Nd it's great. Just as natural for half the price and works great.

I suppose this probably would to soothe diaper rash if it would actually spread. When you squeeze the tube, a ton of watery liquid comes out before the cream does, even if you shake it first. The cream doesn't spread. You have to mush it up between your fingers first but then it ends up sticking to your hands instead of baby's bum. Avoid this, it's nothing but an expensive ineffective mess. Usually I use Avalon Organics' zinc balm but I didn't want to have to order it online, so I picked up a couple tubes of this inthe store instead. What a joke!

This cream is a little thin, but it creates a better protective barrier then other creams, so a little goes a long way. Since we need to use less, we found that it makes up for the extra cost, and in the end we end up spending as much as we did on the Aveno. My daughter has very senstive skin that makes a rash difficult to get rid of and often blisters. Jason's clears it up the quickest and really does soothe her skin. With just one application, she stops screaming in pain during diaper changes.

I like this product, but have found it to be a little too wet to be ideal. I like some of the other natural products better.
