I don't know if the listing has changed since the previous review, but it is listed as biodegradable, and I am completely happy with the refills we received...I will definitely buy from this seller again!

If you are purchasing this item to avoid getting those nasty biodegradable refills, then do NOT buy these. The seller absolutely fails to mention that these refills are the biodegradable kind, which caused me to waste $70+ on theirs instead of getting what I actually wanted. All hard-working parents out there know just how frustrating it is to feel like you've squandered money unnecessarily (especially in this economy!) when you didn't get what you paid for. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR.
