Great Value! Nov 24, 2008

I gave this 5 stars because I feel that it passes the 5 star test but if a super cute looking diaper is very important to you- knock off one star for being plain.
These are one of the most inexpensive brands of diaper covers I have ever found brand new. They hold up really well through wash after wash after wash. I wash them with my regular laundry (not with my prefolds) in warm water and they hold up. I have sometimes even thrown bleach in and they still hold up. I have had zero urine leakage. I have had no poo leaks. They are very trim. They are comfy around baby's legs- leaving NO red marks. They have leg gussets (unlike my previous fave Bummis Super Whisper Wraps)that work really well at keeping everything you want in the diaper- IN the diaper. The sizing seems to be dead on, which is nice. These diapers are not stiff like most of the printed PUL styles like Bummis- I like that they are softer.
Sure they only come in three 'colors'. White with pink dots, white with blue dots and just plain white. I have a couple 'cute' diaper covers, but these are my workhorse covers. They take everything my daughter dishes out and all the cleaning I put them through. Great cover to have in your cover stash. A perfect beginners diaper cover if you want to try out cloth diapering and want to determine if it's for you (low committment due to small price tag). I really love these covers and can't recommend them enough.
Picked mine up elsewhere for about $3 per cover brand new earlier this year. I have all the sizes but am only up to medium right now. I liked the price- I could afford to get a handful in each size for the price of ONE major name brand or boutique priced diaper cover ($12 and up generally with $15 being an average price for one diaper cover)!
I have friends who dislike them because they aren't 'cute' or 'cool'....if you can get past the 'cute' factor- these are awesome!

Not functional Apr 16, 2009
By Ruby's mama I really wanted to love these inexpensive covers...but you get what you pay for. The velcro is very strong and created a snug fit, but they still leaked and you have to wash these after every use. I've found it more economical to purchase fewer more expensive covers that I can wipe out and reuse a few times before washing.
soft and stretchy - most like a disposable to me Jul 12, 2011
By first time cloth mama I really like these diaper covers. They are more stretchy than other more expensive brands, and I find that getting them on my wiggly newborn is very easy compared to my thirsties and super-brights. Also, they are very soft and contain each mess quite well. I've only had some minor leaks a handful of times - and those were the times that I went a bit too long without changing my baby. If you change every 2-3 hours during the day, you won't have a problem. You can leave one on all night as long as you add some extra layers of absorbency to the prefold/flat. Tri-folding and laying in the diaper has worked the best for us - and is also the quickest/easiest. I don't find that I absolutely have to change this cover for each change...often the wetness is contained in the prefold and I simply wipe out the cover a bit and re-use it a change or two. Even some poops don't make it to the cover and I can wipe out and re-use. Very happy with these...and they were so inexpensive! 4 stars, not 5, simply because they do *occasionally* leak a little. But overall it's a great cover.
