tag indicates made of PLA-Polyactide fibers May 01, 2011

I was concerned because the listing says "Made from organic cotton fabric, as well as corn fiber filling" but the product tag says "content consisting of PLA-Polyactide fibers", which according to Wikipedia " is a thermoplastic aliphatic polyester derived from renewable resources". I e-mailed the manufacturer who confirmed the exterior is organic cotton, but the interior is PLA due to issues with other materials molding, etc. when washed. I'd also prefer a different texture than velour, but our 5 month old loves it.
