Awesome... at first. Mar 27, 2012
By M. Puplava I bought this for my daughter for her birthday in October. It REALLY is a neat night light. I thought the constellations were well done and my daughter really loves it. In fact, she wont sleep without it on.
After about a month or so, it started going through batteries rather quickly... I was having to change them out every other week or so. Then by February, the inner light bulb burned out and there is no replacement. It is completely dead. I would expect that it would last longer than four months, especially since it turns itself off after about 20 minutes.. I would also expect that the lights inside be replaceable. Once they die, you have to buy a new one.

Twilight Ladybug Feb 07, 2012
By aar916 A family member recommended the twilight turtle for my 3-1/2 year old daughter who was having trouble sleeping on her own at night. When I saw they now have the twilight ladybug in pink I couldn't resist as my daughter is so very girly and everything is pink! When the package came in the mail I was pleasantly surprised at how well the product worked. My daughter instantly fell in love with it and couldn't wait to go to bed!!! Only problem is she won't leave it alone and is constantly turning it on/off or switching colors. My husband blames me for showing her how to use the buttons, maybe it would have been better to just leave it sitting on the dresser where she couldn't reach it... I guess I looked at it like a stuffed animal and let her "play" with it. Oh well, too late now! She absolutely LOVES it, she loves turning it on/off and chosing different colors for the stars which are either: Pink, Blue, or Green. She even named it "Colors" and brought it to school for "show & share" (hope the teacher didn't mind). The pink is her favorite (of course) but isn't as bright as the other colors. My husband and I like the blue the best which is really more of a cross between white & blue and seems to show up the best. The green looks just like the glow-in-the-dark green color. I was impressed at how sharp the images of the stars and the moon are, and that they really do fill the whole room which is about a 14x12 sq ft room. The all show up well when the room is completely dark... but if the hall light is shinning in or there is still some light outside, then I would say the pink is the lightest, then the green, then the blue. My daughter loved the little story that came with it, and I love that it automatically turns off after 45 mins. It's perfect.

Cutest night light EVER! Jun 28, 2011
By Mom of Three I originally ordered the turtle for my youngest daughter, but when the green & pink ladybugs came out, I ordered them for my daughters and gave the turtle to my son. The ladybugs' lights don't reach as far as the turtle, but they are still very pretty and easy to see in the dark. They replaced the yellow light with red, which is much easier to see. I LOVE these lights, and so do my kids!

a big hit Aug 13, 2011
By Crunch Easy I bought this as a gift for a 2yr old. My review will simply be a recap of a text message between the mother and myself.
Me: Hows the ladybuy working out?
Her: I have to bring that damn thing where ever she sleeps at night. Even when she goes to her grandmas, hahaha. She loves it!
So apparently its awesome and kids will love it.
