Didn't get what I ordered Feb 03, 2011

I didn't get what I ordered. When I contacted the company, they denied sending the wrong item and did nothiing. I ended up getting different burp cloths by cloud b and they are horrible. They have a wavy brown trim and after you wash them they get all wadded up and the trim scratches the baby. Will not use the seller again.
