My husband and I were overall happy with this purchase. The only thing that is cheaply made for the price is the bottoms of the drawers and the back support. They are made from flimsy paper/fiber board (almost like cardboard in density), vice real wood. The rest of the changing table is nice, and well worth the cost.

As anyone looking for nursery furniture in a black finish knows, there aren't (sadly) very many styles and manufacturers to choose from. Buying this dresser without being able to see it in person was a huge gamble, but I'm really glad that I did. The dresser arrived well packaged and took my husband about 2 hours to put together. It looks very nice and will serve our purposes well.

For the price, the dresser's appearance is much better than what I expected. Although, the interior portions of the drawers are not made of solid wood, the drawers pull out smoothly on rollers and seem functional enough to withstand normal wear and tear for a few years, which is really all I think we'll need this for. The changing topper connects to the back of the dresser with bolts and seems very secure. My only complaint about the topper is that there is not enough room in the smaller side compartment to fit a standard size plastic tub of wet wipes, but this is minor and we plan to get around this issue by using resealable travel wipes or transferring wipes into a smaller travel case that will fit nicely in this space. The changing topper holds a standard 32 x 16 inch changing pad. I am using a contour changing pad and it fits very well. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. You could certainly spend more for a dresser/changing table combination with solid wood drawers, but this looks great and is much less expensive.
