Not for my face. Dec 18, 2007
By Kimberly PROS: I love that this is fragrance free & uses safe / natural ingredients, no chemical sunscreens.
CONS: Too thick for every day use on facial skin (is advertised as being "ultra light & sheer"). I fear that I would start breaking out if I used this every morning as a facial moisturizer / sunscreen. Pricy. B/C the product is so thick, pump dispenser does not work well.

Easy to rub in, protects perfectly, safe for your baby (6+ months), love it! I love this company and every product they put out. I dont have to worry about nasty chemicals. This product was rated as one of the safest products for babies by the the cosmetic database [...]

Great sunscreen May 28, 2009
By jules I have very sensitive skin and was afraid to put on a harsh sunscreen. I read somewhere to stay away from any ingredient ending in "zone". All the sensitive sunblocks at stores still have those harsh chemicals, even the baby sunblocks. This is the most natural product I could find. I will definitely buy more when I run out.
Great sun block for Adults! Nov 10, 2011
By Dearborn Mama I bought this for myself, an adult. I usually use 15 SPF, but after reading EWG's release on subscreens, I searched out and found this product. Goes on slightly white, but I would rather look a little white than get skin cancer! I love California Baby products!
Chemical free, but still a little irritating for my skin Nov 05, 2011
By Need2Sleep I bought this product on Amazon and used it for a couple of months this summer when out mowing the lawn. I have yet to try it on my toddler, but for me it worked well except that it left my skin a little red and irritated. I'm not sure if that was the product itself, or slight sunburn. Either way, it's not a perfect product, but I think it helps. I will probably shop around next year and see what else is out there.
About my skin: I have reactions to many body washes and lotions that have fragrance and extra chemicals in them. I usually have to spend more to get a good fragrance free body wash. Bath/shower water that is too hot also gives me red itchy blotches on my face and neck. If you do not have similar issues with your skin, then this product will probably work just fine for you.
